Return Policy

We create every product delightfully & each finalized piece of jewellery undergoes several quality checks before reaching the client.  Our return policy is proposed only when the products are damaged in transit or a wrong product.

If you have received any product with an issue, we are always here to help you. 


Are all products eligible for a Return?

Without any irregularities in the product, there will be no refunds.


What is the return process?

  • If you have received a damaged product please reach out to us through email/whatsapp
  • The product should be in its original condition with the original packing, box, invoices, warranty cards (if any) and tags intact.
  • Eligible products can only be returned within 3 days after the delivery date.
  • To get a refund for your damaged product send us the following details:
  1. Your Name
  2. Order ID
  3. Couple of images of the damaged product
  • Within 24 hrs, you shall receive a reply from our team and tracking details for the damaged product to be picked up
  • After we receive the product, the quality will be checked
  • Once your return has been approved, we would process your refund.

Please allow a time period of 7 days for the entire return process to be completed.


Please Note:

  • No products until and unless damaged in transit or carrying any manufacturing defects, are eligible for return and refund.
  • Products on SALE are not eligible for return and refund.
  • We request you to not accept parcels that have been torn or unsealed before you receive it.

Customised Products:

NO customised products are eligible for refund until and unless you have received the wrong customisation of your product OR the product has a manufacturing defect. To claim a refund for your customised product, follow the return process instructions as mentioned above.
