Cutiefy Fashion jewelry creates every product delightfully & each finalized jewelry undergoes several quality checks before reaching the client. Our return policy is proposed only when the products are damaged in transit or a wrong product.
If you have received any product with an issue, we are always here to help you.
Are all products eligible for a Return?
Without any irregularities in the product, there will be no refunds.
The Return Process:
- If you have received a damaged product please reach out to us through email/whatsapp
- The product should be in its original condition with the Original Packing, Box, Invoices, Warranty cards (if any) and tags intact.
- Eligible products can only be returned within 3 days after the delivery time.
- To get a refund for your damaged product send us the following details:
- Your Name
- Order ID
- Couple of images of the damaged product
- Within 24 hrs, you shall receive a reply from our team and tracking details for the damaged product to be picked up
- After we receive the product, the quality will be checked
- Once your return has been approved, we would process your refund.
Please allow a time period of 15 days for the entire return process to be completed.
Please Note:
- No products until & unless damaged in transit or carrying any manufacturing defects, are eligible for return & refund.
- Products on SALE are not eligible for return & refund.
- We request you to not accept parcels that have been torn or unsealed before you receive it. .
Customised Products:
NO customised products are eligible for refund until & unless you have received the wrong customisation of your product OR the product has a manufacturing defect. To claim a refund for your customised product, follow the return process instructions as mentioned above.
What if the product hasn’t met your expectations?
At Cutiefy we believe that every individual needs some time to decide if they would like to hold onto something or not. Shopping online can be deceptive sometimes and we understand that. Therefore, we provide our lovely audience with a time period of 3 days, after the delivery date, to decide if they would like to carry their piece of jewelry with them.
If not, you can simply return the product to us in exchange for a 20% personalised coupon, that can be used within 6 months from the delivery date on all products at, www.cutiefy.in
